Certified Legal Nurse Consultant Division
We are a nursing firm of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants dedicated to reviewing and simplifying complex medical records to help attorneys save time and win cases. Our associates include a team of CLNC’s and expert health care specialists. Our core product is a comprehensive medical report that uncovers crucial facts, provides supportive evidence, and adds a voice for personal injury and other clients. With a combined experience of over two centuries of clinical, administrative, and advocacy experience, our team of associates is qualified to consult on all cases with medical issues.
Home Health Division
As Healthcare Consultants to Home Health Agencies, we provide home health compliance and quality assurance services. We specialize in providing services for compliance to federal and state regulations and accrediting bodies such as audits and mock surveys for survey readiness, management of Medicare appeals (and other insurances) to defend home health agencies for reversal of claim denials (payment for services rendered), QA of documentation for compliance to skilled, reasonable and medically necessary services; audits to assist in the development of Quality and Infection Control programs, and documentation, such as coding of OASIS (home health assessments) and QA of visit notes. We also assist with staffing, leadership training, group & individual coaching for performance improvement, and acquisition of nursing experience in home health care (for new and transitioning nurses).
